In 2014, it underwent another transformation into a Limited Liability Company, expanding its scope of operations to include consultancy and services for businesses, as well as property management.
In 2018, as a strategic move to complement the legal expertise of Mr. Brusatori Simone Mario in the real estate domain, the company embarked on a mission to acquire real estate assets by securing full ownership of businesses facing temporary economic challenges.
PSHARK’s core strategy revolves around identifying financially distressed companies possessing underutilized real estate assets.
PSHARK employs a comprehensive 360° approach to its operations, meticulously conducting thorough due diligence encompassing fiscal, legal, and technical-real estate aspects for each company under examination.
